Auto Enrollment
Receive instant access to your account online when you auto enroll using your personal identifying information. The easiest process is to use your CheckCard information, but you may also use your most recent statement information to successfully enroll. The process includes the option to enroll in Bill Payment and eStatements.

Viewable Accounts
Checking, Savings, CD Balances, Money Market, Loan Balances and Transactions, Home Equity Line of Credit, Credit Card Balances, Real Time Account Balances & Information - The ability to view Deposit balances and activity, and Loan Account balances information real-time.

Stop Payments
The ability to initiate a stop payment on a specific check.

Intra bank Transfers, Scheduled Transfers
The ability to conduct transfers of funds between accounts held at National Exchange Bank & Trust. Can also future date transfers or set transfers up to reoccur. (For security reasons, customers who auto enroll will experience a business day delay for the ability to transfer while the accounts are set up for transfers.)

External Transfers
The ability to conduct transfers of funds between accounts held at National Exchange Bank & Trust and another Financial Institution. Can also future date transfers or set transfers up to reoccur.

Online Alerts
The ability to preset an alert on an account based on the parameters assigned (i.e. balance thresholds, specific check clearing or CD maturity notification).

Active Statement/Web Connect Support
The ability to download cleared transactions from Exchange OnLine into Microsoft Money via streamlined processes.

Bill Payment
The ability to pay bills online without sending a paper check. Schedule one-time or recurring bills. Bill payment reduces the amount of your precious time spent writing and mailing checks. Bill Payment may be added through the paper application, in the auto enrollment process or simply by selecting "Payments" in Exhange OnLine to add the feature.

Secure Sign On
Secure Sign On offers added protection when signing on to your already secure Internet banking account.

eStatements
eStatements offers a free, electronic replica of your printed statement that eliminates the need to print and mail the paper copy. Sign up today by click the "Statements" option when viewing your account information online.

Access to Exchange OnLine also requires:

• a personal computer, operating system and telecommunications connections to the Internet capable of receiving, accessing, displaying and either printing or storing disclosures you receive from us electronically via a plain text formatted e-mail or by access to our Web site using one of the browsers specified above;
• an e-mail account with an Internet service provider and the appropriate software.
